Settling down for a cosy blog. Do you ever feel lucky to have things like running water and electricity and computers and a heated house? Apparently I should feel it's unfair that I have worked all my life so far and can't afford to buy a house.. but I don't .. all I feel is how nice it is to have warmth and cosyness.
I spend a lot of time feeling lucky about what I have (although i have comparatively little material stuff to those around me)... Tonight, I came home and ran.. It was my first run since the three peaks, and my run was strange.. like my feet felt like they were running flat rather than properly.. half a mile in i actually thought i was gonna fail cos my legs just wanted to collapse, but it picked up and i managed the circuit.. came home, put rachmaninov on, got bored after 3 minutes, put 2 unlimited on hahahaha, watched the election latest, wrote about a guy on a train, and then pete came round and we went out for snooker and then drinks in Henry J Beans......(a stereotypical perfect night out ie..snooker, beer, football on the screen, dance music on the sound system)
i'm quite enjoying these blogs... like little diary entries
